About Vertexflow
Vertexflow was founded by Steph and Max to help growing companies build the operational clarity required to scale successfully.
Both founders spent years honing their skills inside the technology company Realbase, where they were given the opportunity to build and lead their own business unit from the ground up. Through this experience they developed deep expertise in operational systems, project delivery, and scaling teams within a fast growing environment.
The business unit they built grew to generate more than $16 million in revenue before the company was ultimately sold. During that time they were responsible for designing operational frameworks, managing complex initiatives, and building the internal systems required to support growth.
These experiences shaped the philosophy behind Vertexflow.
As businesses grow, complexity increases. Informal processes that worked in the early stages begin to break down, and leadership teams often find themselves trapped in reactive decision making and operational firefighting.

Steph specialises in operational systems and delivery frameworks that help growing companies, maintain clarity and discipline as they scale. Before co founding Vertexflow, Steph spent several years at the technology company Realbase where she worked closely with leadership to help build and grow a new business unit within the organisation. During this time she contributed to developing the operational processes and internal systems required to support a rapidly expanding team. Steph brings a strong people focused approach to operational design, combining structured thinking with a background in design and a natural ability to work closely with teams. She now helps founders and leadership teams implement practical operational systems that support both execution and collaboration as organisations grow.

Max Bowden

Max specialises in operational strategy, execution discipline, and project delivery for growing organisations. Before co founding Vertexflow, Max spent several years at the technology company Realbase where he helped build and scale a new business unit within the organisation. Working closely with leadership, he supported the development of operational frameworks, delivery processes, and systems required to manage growth. Through this experience Max developed a strong understanding of the challenges companies face as they grow beyond the early startup phase.
